Consciousness is the awareness of existence.
C is memorable U is not. (where C is consciousness and U is unconsciousness)
Humans can understand human consciousness
Humans aren’t always conscious.
Consciousness requires engaging one’s self in reality and focusing one’s attention.
The most basic formula of Consciousness is:
Ws=C
Where Ws is waking state and C is consciousness
So consciousness is possible only in an active mode of human existence.
Therefore if we presume that Ws=C than Ss=U
Where Ss stands for sleeping state and U is unconsciousness
So consciousness is impossible while sleeping/passive mode of human existence.
Therefore Ws>Ss from an existential point of view
One can experience more in Ww than in Sw where w stands for world
If Ws>Ss than C>U consciousness has more value than unconsciousness
If C=T+P+A where T is for time P is for place and A is for awareness
Than Ws=T+P+A also! Then what differentiates Ws from C?
The fact that C is unnecessary to survive in the Ww
Just like U is unnecessary to survive in the Sw
C & U just happen, they are not necessary for existence, they are states of existence.
If Wsis unequal to C than Ws –> C ( Waking state tends towards or gives possibility to Consciousness)
Than C= Ws+ x where x is unknown
Ws possibility of C
Ss impossibility of C
Therefore being awake is absolutely necessary for the possibility of C
C= infinite C has infinite levels and states
Ww is physical C is not
C requires Ws of existence and something else
x is a variable C can be created through various stimuli
Visual, emotional, mental, physical, biological and social stimuli create C if an observer is in Ws
If Ws & Ss are fundamental to understand C
At inception Ci=0
Where Ci is Consciousness of individual
At death C=0
Waking up is C, breathing is U so in Ws breathing is an U action
Going to sleep is C , breathing is U so in Ss breathing is also an U action
So breathing is an U activity except in meditation where it becomes C.
So the human mind possesses the ability to transform an U action or U state into a C action or C state
Attention must be focused on awareness of the action or state one wants to be aware of.
Consciousness is directly related to awareness and determination.
Being conscious depends on being aware and determined.
